A caliper is a measuring tool used for measuring insides and outsides of a pot, to measure bases, to make lidded forms, or transferring measurements from one pot to another for making standard production pieces.

This 10" metal caliper is made of rust-resistant, stamped aluminium. It’s adjustable tensioning wing nuts allow accurate transferring of measurements from one pot to another.
