Shipping and Delivery

At Clay Station, we aim to ship products safely at inexpensive costs across India, including the remote locations of the country.                                                        

Delivery Timelines:

Most of the products on our website are either available at the warehouse or are expected to arrive shortly. Your product will be shipped once you confirm the order and complete the payment. All items in your order will be shipped together. However, if shipping timelines differ for products in your order, then your order will be dispatched as per the maximum timeline of the product. Our logistics vendors will take anywhere between 4 to 10 days from the day your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking details.                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

Pick Up In Store Option:

Choosing this option during check-out will allow you to conveniently shop and pay for your items online and pick up your order from our warehouse. This will waive your shipping charges.

We recommend opting for store pick up for bulk clay orders (> 100kg). We will work with specialized logistic vendors who can provide better bulk rates. We can arrange for "To Pay" or you can pay the shipping charges additionally.

Shipment Damaged:

If your order was damaged, please call us immediately. Do not continue to unpack your damaged item. Also refer to our returns and Damages page for additional details.

 

Address Change:

Please contact online@claystation.in or 9108853707 with your request. We will accommodate shipping address change, if your items are yet to be dispatched.                             

 

Faster Order Delivery:

We will do our best to accommodate customers who need items shipped faster than our normal option. This will depend on the items that need to be expedited, as well as the time of day we receive your call. Contact us and we will do our best to help you.
