Speckled ocher and cream, this glaze resembles the grains of sand. It is a non-runny glaze with an opaque, satin surface. As a combination, Black Brown glaze can be used as the base glaze.

More Info:

1) Mix one kg of this glaze powder with one liter of water and maintain specific gravity of 1.3 to 1.35.

2) Recommended Dipping times of different clay bodies to get an expected texture

        * White body (Ivory) - 3 seconds

        * For Dark body (Sandalwood & Coffee brown) - 4 to 5 seconds

3) The color and feel of the glaze might vary from that in the picture as it is difficult to capture the same.
4) The glazes have been tried and tested with different stoneware clay bodies.
5) The samples in the pictures have gone through oxidation firing in SKUTT Electric Kilns at ^6 medium firing with hold for 30 minutes.

7)Our glaze cannot be brushed on pieces. We recommend dipping/ pouring/spraying techniques with these glazes
