It's a glossy glaze, with dark purple color finish and has tiny black speckles along the texture.

It's a stable glaze. Ideal for light bodies. Apply thicker on dark bodies to get the proper color

More Info:

1) Mix 1 kg of this glaze powder with 1 liter of water and maintain specific gravity of 1.3 to 1.40

2) Recommended Dipping times of different clay bodies to get an expected texture

        * White body (Ivory) - 3 to 4 seconds

        * For Dark body (Sandalwood & Coffee brown) - 5 to 6 seconds

3) The samples in the pictures have gone through oxidation firing in SKUTT Electric Kilns at ^6 medium firing with hold for 30 minutes.

4) The color and feel of the glaze might vary from that in the picture as it is difficult to capture the same.

5) The glazes have been tried and tested on white stoneware clay bodies.

6) This glaze is lead free, non- toxic and food safe

7) Our glazes will not be in a liquid form to be brushed on the pieces. We recommend dipping/ pouring/spraying techniques with these glazes.

Note:

Avoid thicker application, thicker application may cause drying cracks which leads to crawling
