It's a freckled white color glaze with a smooth satin matte finish.

It has the reddish brown speckles in all over the surfaces. Breaks into brown color on dark bodies.

More Info:

1) It is a speckled glaze. Ideal for both bodies

2) Recommended specific gravity of a liquid glaze is 1.25-1.30 to get the expected results.

3) Recommended dipping time for different clay bodies, (If you are using Clay station clays)

For Ivory (Porosity at bisque - 15%-17%) - 2 seconds
For Sandalwood (Porosity at bisque -12% -13%) - 4 to 5 seconds

If other clay bodies are used, check with the Clay body bisque porosities to ensure the appropriate dipping time for the good results.

4) It's not a runny glaze.

5) The color and feel of the glaze might vary from that in the picture as it is difficult to capture the same.

6) The glazes have been tried and tested on white stoneware clay bodies.

7) The samples in the pictures have gone through oxidation firing in SKUTT Electric Kilns at ^6 medium firing with hold for 30 minutes.

8) This glaze is lead free, non- toxic and food safe.

9) Our glazes will not be in a liquid form to be brushed on the pieces. We recommend dipping/ pouring/spraying techniques for these glazes

Avoid thicker application to eliminate crawling defect.

2)While mixing glazes in powder form, ensure usage of mask, to prevent inhalation of chemicals.
